A little practice...:

Let's try another simple example, telling someone "Read the book".

We'll use the verb traer.

1. Remove the verb's ending (in this case, -er).
   
   
2. Now you're left with tra-.
   
   
3. Tack on the third person singular ending (-e).
   
   
4. Now, you should have: trae el libro.
